如右图,当瓶子经过分瓶螺杆进入夹测量装置1，夹持皮带将瓶子进行360度旋转一圈后进入测试点进行压力测试。如果瓶子存在泄露，其测量压力将低于正常值。不良品经过剔除器时，系统发出指令将其剔除。

瓶子继续行进，当到达测量装置2时，视觉检测模块开始对产品拍照检测。出现液位不足、高歪盖、断环等缺陷的产品，经过剔除器时系统发出指令，将其剔除。

当光电测量到瓶子到达测量装置1 时，开始对指定区域的压力进行分析。如上图，如果系统发现存在不良品时，系统会跟踪到到击打器位置处时，将其击打出来。

进瓶采用分瓶螺杆,以保持产品间距，保证每一瓶产品被精确跟踪和检测。

夹持输送带，将瓶子传输进来。通过调节松紧装置，来调整输送带的夹持的压力，并且将数显表显示。
